Delivery
Delivery is EGP 100 anywhere in Egypt, and free on orders over EGP 2,190.
Delivery time: 1–2 working days in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria & Beheira, 3–5 elsewhere, Sunday to Thursday.

Cash on delivery
Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No extra fee for cash on delivery.

Payments
You can pay by cash on delivery or InstaPay, on our secure checkout.
To pay by InstaPay, choose it at checkout and place your order. Then send the order total to my.eternal@instapay and send us the screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number. We ship as soon as the payment is confirmed. The steps are also in your confirmation email.

Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent because the site cannot work without them; all others are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not share personal data with third parties for analytics or advertising unless you accept. Checkout is operated by our e-commerce platform provider under its own cookie settings.
- Strictly necessary: Keep your bag and remember your cookie preferences, so the site works. We also note the name of the campaign link you arrived from, which contains no personal information. These are always on.
- Analytics: Help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, so we can improve it. This information is processed by our analytics providers.
- Marketing: Allow our advertising partners to record the products you view and add to your bag, so we can show you relevant advertising on other websites and social media and measure its results. This includes linking your order to the advertisement you clicked.
Your cookie preferences are kept for six months, after which we ask again. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

Is this the original?
No. Every eternal scent is our own composition. Where one was inspired by a fragrance you may know, its page names the original so you know what to expect. We are not affiliated with the houses behind the originals.
How long does it last?
Every scent is an eau de parfum. How long it lasts depends on your skin, the weather and how much you spray, so the surest test is your own skin. The mystery box lets you wear three scents before you choose a bottle.

What if I don’t like it?
Start small. The mystery box holds three 5 ml scents chosen by the house, so you can wear eternal before you choose a bottle. The scent finder narrows the house to three matches in five questions. Returns on sealed bottles, within 14 days of delivery.

How do I choose?
If you know a fragrance you love, search for it by name: if one of ours was inspired by it, it shows first. If not, the scent finder asks five questions and gives you three matches. Each line is made for someone: eterna for her, eterno for him, eternal unisex.
